Standard Delivery (3-4 working days): £4.25 by first class recorded delivery.
Next Day Delivery: £6.00. Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays(UK Only)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:
Before placing your order, please note:
- If
you place your order before 3.00pm on Monday to Thursday it will be
dispatched the same day by City-Link, to arrive the following
day between 8am-3pm.
- City-Link cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-3pm window.
- Next
Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9,
IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 -
38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
After your order has shipped:
- If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform customer care.
- If
you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will leave the
parcel in a 'safe place' (out of sight and protected from the
elements). He will then leave a card through your door informing you of
this.
- If there is not a safe place the driver will
leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the
depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery.
